What is the All Mighty Guarantee?
Osprey will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge—whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it.
How do I determine the right pack size for my torso?
To find your fit, measure from the C7 vertebra at the base of your neck down to the iliac crest at the top of your hip bones. Use our online sizing guide to match your measurement to the specific pack's harness size.
How long does shipping take for gear orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those needing their equipment for an upcoming trip.
What is your return policy for unused items?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Can I wash my Osprey pack in a washing machine?
No, we do not recommend machine washing. To clean your pack, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush. Always air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the technical fabrics.
